NEW CONSTRUCTION
Nestled behind a stately home, this bespoke carriage house harmonizes seamlessly with the architecture of the original residence while offering modern functionality. Designed to echo the timeless charm of its larger counterpart, the structure boasts a refined exterior, featuring intricate trim details and a striking pergola that showcases masterful wood joinery. The pergola’s hand-cut Douglas Fir beams, connected with traditional housed joinery, add a layer of artisanal craftsmanship, casting playful shadows and framing the building's façade with understated elegance.
